Founded in 2002, RPD recently celebrated 20 years in business. Rickabaugh Pentecost Development, LLC (RPD) is a leading heavy civil construction contractor headquartered in downtown Puyallup. In 2021, we expanded to Eastern Washington and opened a satellite office in the Tri-Cities.
